Transcripts
CURRENT STUDENTS:
When applying to college, you must send an official copy of your transcript to each school you apply to. All current seniors must request official transcripts through SchooLinks. They will be sent directly to the college.
STEPS:
1. Log in to SchooLinks using MyPortal / Classlink
2. On the left side of the screen, click "College"
3. Click "College Applications"
4. During your first log in, you will complete your personal information, free waiver eligibility, and FERPA waiver.
5. Add college applications to your account by connecting your CommonApp account, or manually by clicking "Add application"
6. Transcripts are automatically requested once applications are marked as complete.
Students can send official transcripts to the NCAA clearinghouse, scholarship agencies, employers, or any other entity via SchooLinks as well.
STEPS:
1. Log in to SchooLinks using MyPortal / Classlink
2. On the left side of the screen, click "Student"
3. Click "Record Requests"
4. Click "Send official transcript"
Students also have access to download an unofficial copy of their own transcript via SchooLinks.

GRADUATED STUDENTS / ALUMNI:
Graduates should continue to request transcripts via parchment.com. Transcript requests for graduates are $8.00 each.
STEPS:
1. Visit www.parchment.com
2. Select "Create account" in the left hand corner
3. Fill out identifying information (name as printed on transcript, date of birth, email, last grade attended)
4. Retrieve verification code from email
5. Cut and paste verification code to Parchment website to verify your identity
6. Once you are in your Parchment account, click on "add organization or high school" and type in Oswego East High School
7. Start ordering transcripts to send to colleges, universities, scholarship agencies, NCAA, or yourself

WAUBONSEE COMMUNITY COLLEGE/DUAL CREDIT CLASSES:
If you have received dual credit for high school coursework through Waubonsee Community College, you must request your transcript directly from Waubonsee via their mywcc portal. Transcripts cost $5.00 each.
